MSM is providing a special gift to several ministers this Christmas Holiday.
Many Pastors serve in places that cannot provide a special Christmas gift; it is our pleasure to be able to make the Holiday season more joyful.
We will also contribute to local efforts to provide gifts to children during Christmas.
We are all about giving. We are so happy and proud that God has placed in the hearts of churches and Individuals, a desire and willingness to provide us the resources to be a blessing to others.
Thanks for your prayers and gifts.
Together. we are making a difference in the world.
2020 Has been a challenge for Missions. Travel has been banned in some countries. Discouraged in others and some Native American communities have been shut down to outsiders. We sure have missed being able to travel this year to places we had scheduled to visit across America and around the world. We certainly do not argue with God about this. But we will be happy when He makes it possible to travel again.
Isaiah 7:14
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
While our travel has been limited, we have been able to participate in some Mission projects, nonetheless. Most recently, we have conducted a shoebox project that was a great success. We made to 2 trips to Nashville, Tenn., where we met Bro Gary Hawkins from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He took the boxes back to Oklahoma to be distributed to Tribes in Eastern Oklahoma. We estimate that over 1000 children will receive a gift from this project. Some of these children would have received little or nothing during the Christmas holiday. Thanks to all those who participated in this great effort. The joy and the excitement that this project made possible, will never be able to be measured. We will post Pictures and a video on our website soon after Christmas to show how the project succeeded.
The Andrew Locklear Memorial Mission Fund has been and continues to be a great success. Because of the many contributions we received, we have been able to provide support to Children’s Ministries in America, The Philippines, Africa, and the Middle East. During this Holiday Season, we are able to make it possible for many children to know the joy of getting something special for Christmas. You will also be able to see pictures on our website concerning this project.
We are once again this year putting together a Christmas shoe-box project that will once again be shared with Native American Tribes in Western Oklahoma.
We are working with Bro. Gary Hawkins to complete this project. We will meet Bro. Gary in Nashville the Monday after Thanksgiving with the boxes and He will take them back to Oklahoma to be distributed.
We have several churches who are participating in the project and we welcome others to participate as well.
We also invite others to share in the expenses of getting the boxes to Oklahoma, if you would like to help with this project.
Thanks, on behalf of the precious children who will be blessed at Christmas time with perhaps the only gift they will receive.
